Budapest Wishlist

A long battle between me and my curls*

So, for as long as I can remember I have been in an argument with my curly hair.

It never does as I say, never listens to me no matter how much effort I spend with it.

I've tried to set it on the straight road but it always springs back up eventually.

However, new year, new me. This time I'm serious. I will contain the curls and achieve CURLFECTION. It's not too much to ask is it?

TRESemme have helped me take the first step towards this!

Eye Eye!*

So, I love experimenting with different looks, it's kinda what makes me, me.

Clothes, makeup and hair colour are all so easy to changed,

but the one thing that's a little harder is eye colour!

You see, personally, I hate my eye colour

(If it was a Crayola colour it'd be called, "shit brown"!)

How to be a single fashion blogger

Looking through other blogs was getting me frustrated.

I saw bloggers posting beautiful clothes photographed full body,

perfect angle, no blur, and without a "selfie arm" involved.

Look familiar?

After a quick google and asking some people,

I found out most bloggers get their boyfriend's to take their photos on a proper camera.

I have neither of these.

Basically a long while ago I came to the realisation I'd be forever alone,

so I knew finding a man with a decent camera just to take pictures of me was not a viable option (and pretty dodgy too).

One thing this blog has taught me is I have a major procrastination problem.

Back in October Sunhara Dii from FizzySun nominated me for the Liebster Award, my first question was, "What is the Libester award?" my second was, "When's dinner ready?" I joke I joke!

I told myself I'd do some research and then get to it, before I knew it a month had gone by and Maithilly from FeelingScripty had also nominated me.

Almost 4 months has gone by, and I'm still "researching". So because It's the new year I've decided just to get on with it. With a little punishment to myself...

Guy Bourdin Image Maker Somerset House (and others, plus a cheeky OOTD)

So, the other day I was glad I was wrapped up warm in my new jumper from ASOS because it kept me warm on my friend/colleague Frankie and I went on a little adventure. I realised that as it's got colder I've been wearing a lot more black so did a big shop (haul to follow) this is my new favourite jumper. It's so soft whilst also colourful, proof that working in London doesn't need to be dull!

We went looking for inspiration, and we certainly found it!
