Jelly for my belly (and hair and sweet tooth)

I have THE sweetest tooth, and after every meal I've started to crave chocolate (bad I know). So I was doing some research into something Paleo I could nosh on after.

When I found that apparently, you can make your own gummies with 4 ingredients that are not only sweet but also are meant to be super good for gut healing and also hair strength (my hair is currently fucked but more on that another time) I was completely sold!

For something I never knew existed there are tons of recipes online... like tons! Some have maple syrup, some have ingredients I've never heard of. But eventually, when I went to the supermarket I found some blueberries in the reduced section so that helped narrow down my search until I found this recipe from Primal Palate

Giraffe Cooks: Paleo Bread - Ugg Foods Review

For a while now I've been saying I'm going to try to eat Paleo, but the one thing that normally trips me up is sandwiches, mainly because they're the easiest lunch and you can put literally anything in them.

So when I stumbled across the Ugg Food range in Whole Foods the other day I thought I'd give it a try. Ugg foods products are basically Betty Crocker for Paleo diets, the mix is all there, you just need to add a few things. I thought I'd try the Chia seed and nut bread, at first I wasn't sure because it is a little expensive at £6.95, but in the past I've tried to make bread before (a complete disaster) and it would save me buying bags of each of the ingredients so I thought it was well worth the try. On with the baking!
